This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Foster and maintain robust, ongoing relationships with vendors and business partners.
• Comprehend business requirements, needs, and service expectations.
• Collaborate with vendor management team members to evaluate key performance data and improve vendor relationships.
• Supervise and support the strategy and coordination of tasks within the vendor management team.
• Engage with vendors to guarantee member or provider satisfaction and quality performance.
• Evaluate and analyze key performance data to track and assess productivity and program compliance.
• Convey insights derived from data through effective data storytelling.
• Create and review reports to utilize key performance data, identify metrics, and uncover opportunities for process improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and vendors to address escalations.
• Represent the company or department in new business and process implementations from inception through daily interactions.
• Conduct root cause analyses with vendors to pinpoint business issues and challenges.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to enhance member or provider experiences based on performance metrics and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with workforce management and training teams to schedule and facilitate vendor training.
• Work directly with vendors on training, planned maintenance, and other services to educate them and provide product or service updates.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience gained through achievements related to applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of the level of this position.
• Experience in managing large vendor accounts is preferred.
• Proficiency in analyzing key performance data and metrics.
• Capability to communicate insights from data through data storytelling.
• Skill in building and reviewing reports.
• Ability to conduct root cause analyses.
