Senior Account Manager – Supercomputing, Higher Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish robust relationships with key clients in Supercomputing and Higher Education, particularly with ETH Zurich, EPFL, and CSCS.

• Oversee NVIDIA's initiatives in collaboration with universities and research institutions in the Higher Education and Research sectors.

• Gain insights into the national HPC and higher education markets.

• Identify and prioritize market segments based on adoption rates and potential impact.

• Cultivate strategic accounts through proofs of concept, roadmap discussions, and tailored technology solutions.

• Partner with the marketing team to create customer success narratives, product launches, and events.

• Evaluate customer business requirements for NVIDIA's products and services and propose effective marketing strategies.

• Enhance existing account relationships while ensuring that post-sales requirements are fulfilled.

• Organize training opportunities for client accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in the HPC and HER markets.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in HPC sales within the designated region.

• Familiarity with AI and Deep Learning is highly beneficial.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Higher Education and Research landscape in Switzerland.

• A strong passion for ecosystem development.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.

• Proven sales or business development success in comparable enterprise positions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation capabilities.

• Superior customer service skills.

• Effective business acumen and negotiation expertise.

• Solid understanding of the sales process, including OEM and Channel Sales.

• Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and computing architecture, especially concerning HPC and AI.

• Ability to swiftly establish connections and gauge customer interest in strategic partnerships.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally beyond.

• Experience and knowledge in Physical AI, including NVIDIA open models and tools for robotics training and implementation.
