This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Propel business growth within the designated APAC region by managing the entire sales cycle.
• Seek out and secure new clients while nurturing, expanding, and scaling existing accounts.
• Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Serve as a strategic partner and suggest solutions from Viseven's offerings.
• Formulate and implement account strategies that encompass growth, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee account profitability, budget development, and financial performance.
• Supervise portfolio initiatives and projects, ensuring timely progress and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate communication among clients, regional teams, and internal Viseven departments.
• Track solution and service adoption, tackle obstacles, and promote ongoing improvement.
• Lead client meetings, showcase Viseven solutions, and convert requirements into actionable plans.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams on opportunities, onboarding processes, and execution.
• Enhance the regional network and increase Viseven's visibility within targeted organizations.
• Organize and implement digital projects and solutions with support from the technical team.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion into divisions and clusters to boost revenue.
• Create scalable onboarding processes for key accounts.
• Conduct sales research to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Optimize workflows and operational processes.
• Maintain documentation of processes and keep sales department records up to date.
• Seek, qualify, and finalize new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Location: APAC region; Japan is preferred.
• Native or fluent in Japanese and English.
• Over 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a B2B environment; experience in SaaS, MarTech, or enterprise software is preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise client portfolios, including account budget planning and P&L management.
• Strong client engagement skills at both strategic and operational levels.
• Competence in project and account management across multiple teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Prior experience in the Japanese market is required.
• Ability to work with data and KPIs, analyze trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar tools and forecasting software.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and trends in digital transformation is advantageous.
• Demonstrates proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
• Comfortable with adaptability and navigating change.
• Exhibits clear, empathetic communication and strong listening skills.
• Capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Competent in giving and receiving feedback.
