This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary contact for comprehensive program development and clinical success concerning Auris Surgical Robotics Technologies.
• Propel procedure sales, facilitate support, and enhance the utilization and adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics products.
• Formulate and implement quarterly and strategic business plans for designated territories.
• Provide consistent and realistic sales forecasts to sales management.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers on strategic capital-system and procedure sales initiatives.
• Conduct technical and clinical product demonstrations.
• Carry out referral education initiatives to boost procedure sales.
• Oversee post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption processes in conjunction with sales and service teams.
• Assist new clients in clinical adoption.
• Support clients in achieving clinical and economic objectives while enhancing satisfaction and utilization.
• Maintain an expert understanding of Auris Surgical Robotics products, as well as industry and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or an Associate degree or Medical Certification with at least 5 years of professional and/or relevant experience.
• Proven ability to acquire and convey technical product and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.
• Required to work in a hospital or ASC setting, participate in live patient cases when necessary, and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Self-motivated and a problem solver who can think critically under high-pressure situations.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a matrix team structure.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate customer needs and feedback effectively to the organization.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects/tasks and prioritizing efficiently.
• Ability to maintain high-frequency communication with sales management and the broader organization.
• Experience working in a regulated environment adhering to ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
