This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Implement the EMEA Agentic AI Platform go-to-market strategy encompassing open models, Nemotron adoption, regulated software hardening, confidential computing, cybersecurity, and secure AI deployment.
• Position NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, Dynamo, CUDA-X libraries, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, DGX OS, and AI Enterprise as a unified adoption pathway.
• Enhance the sales toolkit across technical, commercial, legal, support, and terms-and-conditions domains.
• Collaborate with AI-native, enterprise, ISV, cloud provider, OEM, GSI, developer relations, solution architecture, product, legal, security, and field teams to pinpoint priority workloads and facilitate adoption.
• Serve as the EMEA contact for guidance on open and sovereign model fields, which includes licensing, EU AI Act/GPAI, IP/data/security, model provenance, deployment, support, and export considerations.
• Refine reference architectures and enablement strategies for enterprise, sovereign, air-gapped, regulated cloud, private cloud, hyperscaler, and secure multi-tenant AI environments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure ecosystem partners to secure agentic AI deployments and promote AI Factory adoption for regulated customers.
• Convey EMEA customer and partner requirements to product and engineering teams where packaging, support, documentation, security, or legal clarity impacts adoption.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 12 years of experience in software go-to-market, developer relations, technical partnerships, product management, solution architecture, cybersecurity, or AI platform roles.
• Deep understanding of leading open/open-weight models, such as Kimi K3, GLM 5.2, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen, Mistral, and others.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI, open-weight models, inference, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, guardrails, model routing, and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Experience in regulated enterprise, public sector, defense, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, cloud provider, or sovereign cloud environments where governance and trust are significant adoption factors.
• Knowledge of confidential computing, cybersecurity, secure deployment, Kubernetes, Linux, identity management, encryption, secrets management, data control, and software lifecycle operations.
• Capability to translate intricate model, licensing, legal, security, and deployment topics into actionable field guidance and commercially viable sales strategies.
• Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to lead multi-stakeholder collaboration across customer, partner, field, product, legal, security, and engineering teams.
• Commercial acumen to assess opportunities, align success criteria, and connect technical adoption to revenue results.
• Familiarity with Nemotron, DeepSeek, Qwen, Mistral, MiniMax, GLM, Kimi, NeMo, NIM, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, Dynamo, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, vLLM, SGLang, Hugging Face, or similar ecosystems.
• Proven experience in translating agentic AI, open models, secure AI deployment, or regulated AI requirements into field playbooks, workshops, demos, and executive presentations.
• Awareness of EU AI Act / GPAI themes, model licensing, data residency, model provenance, confidential computing, zero-trust architecture, or sovereign AI positioning.
• A successful track record of launching cross-functional go-to-market initiatives that resulted in production adoption, customer references, or partner-driven revenue.
