This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.
• Promote and sell Optiv's security services and technology solutions to strategic accounts located in the New England region.
• Take ownership of and manage all facets of the sales cycle within designated accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement multi-year strategic account management strategies.
• Meet with key clients to comprehend and document their business, technology, and security objectives and expectations.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of goals, expectations, and progress with key clients, involving Optiv leadership and resources as needed.
• Foster trustworthy, effective, and productive relationships with client executives.
• Develop sales pipelines and meet or surpass assigned gross margin objectives.
• Accurately manage current and multi-quarter forecasts, ensuring currency and integrity.
• Implement sales processes in accordance with Force Management principles, such as MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
• Articulate Optiv’s value proposition for security services and technological expertise.
• Cultivate relationships with technology partners to acquire and share leads, maximizing sales prospects.
• Coordinate communication among clients, technology partners, as well as Optiv's technical, sales, and client operations teams.
• Maintain effective internal communication regarding opportunities, requirements, and client satisfaction.
• Experience in sales of products or services typically acquired over 3-5+ years within a technology firm, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Proven capacity to develop and implement territory and account prospecting and expansion strategies, with a history of surpassing assigned quotas.
• Experience effectively engaging cross-functional resources such as sales, pre-sales technical support, and other support personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate productive business relationships with key executives and sponsors within assigned accounts.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in negotiation.
