
Senior Account Manager – Cardiac PET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement a business strategy for the territory to enhance Flyrcado's market presence.
• Collaborate with hospitals, imaging facilities, cardiac centers, mobile imaging providers, DOD, and VA locations to promote Flyrcado.
• Identify and establish business and functional connections within imaging and cardiology referral sources.
• Analyze competitive threats and utilize influence networks and partnerships to facilitate Flyrcado's adoption.
• Perform regular assessments of local customers, payers, competitors, and key stakeholders.
• Meet or surpass Flyrcado sales forecasts and shared volume objectives.
• Achieve the quarterly and annual operational goals for the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Position Flyrcado through clinical knowledge, marketing materials, and educational programs.
• Guide imaging centers and cardiologists in the implementation of Flyrcado within their operations.
• Cultivate relationships with leading referring cardiologists to boost awareness and usage.
• Prioritize projects and high-impact opportunities utilizing performance dashboards.
• Work alongside market access teams on the implementation and satisfaction of payer contracts.
• Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists to ensure effective product delivery and education.
• Engage in pre-call planning, in-call questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and face-to-face customer meetings.
• Provide pricing strategy, negotiate prices, and manage contracts while ensuring compliance with pricing regulations.
• Forecast territory orders and sales, submitting weekly updates on progress.
• Represent GE Healthcare at healthcare conferences and seminars.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with special projects.
• Drive overall business growth for GE Healthcare where applicable.
• Foster a compliant and ethical work culture.
• Undertake additional projects and initiatives as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a healthcare setting.
• Experience in contracting and engaging with physicians and office staff.
• Proven track record of sales achievements.
• Background in developing, organizing, and executing territory plans.
• Capability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience in penetrating new accounts, markets, and competitors.
• Proficient in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiation techniques.
• Knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry.
• Willingness to live within the territory.
• Availability for at least 30% overnight travel as business needs dictate, including some weekends.
• Strong analytical, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Capacity to mentor junior CPAMs and manage special projects.
• Analytical skills to utilize internal reporting for managing account plans and identifying growth patterns and opportunities.
• Ability to apply both traditional and innovative problem-solving approaches.
• Skill in building relationships and rapport with employees and external contacts, including MDs and office staff.
• Capability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Must reside in Texas.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete a drug screening, if applicable.
