
Senior Account Manager – Cardiac PET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement a business plan for the territory to enhance Flyrcado's market share.
• Collaborate with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac facilities, mobile imaging providers, DOD, and VA establishments to promote Flyrcado.
• Establish business and functional relationships with Imaging and Cardiology referral sources.
• Analyze competitive threats to the adoption of Flyrcado.
• Utilize customer insights, influence networks, affiliations, payers, and societies to meet business objectives.
• Meet or surpass Flyrcado's sales forecasts and shared volume goals.
• Regularly evaluate local customers, payers, competition, and stakeholders alongside the Cardiac PET Physician Outreach teammate.
• Accomplish quarterly and annual operational plans for the territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Position Flyrcado through clinical expertise, marketing assets, and educational programs.
• Advise imaging centers and cardiologists on the implementation of Flyrcado in their facilities.
• Identify key referring cardiologists and influence their decision-making to boost Flyrcado awareness and use.
• Prioritize projects and focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Monitor performance dashboards and carry out actionable sales initiatives.
• Work with market access teams on payor contract execution and satisfaction.
• Partner with pharmacy channel collaborators and GE PDx Application Specialists for product delivery and education.
• Engage in pre-call planning, in-call questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and customer meetings.
• Provide pricing strategy, negotiate prices, and manage contracts while ensuring compliance with pricing policies.
• Forecast territory orders and sales, and submit weekly progress updates.
• Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with special projects.
• Drive overall business growth for GE HealthCare when applicable.
• Foster a compliant, ethical culture and adhere to GEHC standards.
• Complete additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or certification through the NMTCB or AART.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with contracting and engaging with physicians and office staff.
• Demonstrated history of sales achievements.
• Background in developing, organizing, and executing territory plans.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Experience in penetrating new accounts, markets, and competitive landscapes.
• Proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of the Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry.
• Willingness to reside within the territory.
• Capability to undertake at least 30% overnight travel as required by business needs.
• Availability for occasional weekends, typically associated with trade show participation.
• Strong analytical, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Skilled in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior CPAMs and oversee special projects.
• Analytical proficiency to leverage internal reporting for managing account plans and identifying growth opportunities.
• Capacity to apply traditional and innovative problem-solving methods.
• Skill in establishing rapport and relationships with colleagues and external contacts, including MDs and office personnel.
• Ability to meet objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Must be a resident of Texas.
