This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue, which includes client development, retention, organic growth, and annual planning.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue goals for existing clients.
• Lead the crafting, presentation, and sales of high-quality deliverables.
• Keep abreast of industry and therapeutic area best practices and advancements.
• Collaborate with the Medical team to deliver top-notch strategies and support.
• Engage in client presentations, advocating for and defending the agency's perspective.
• Represent the organization in a professional manner.
• Assist Account Services leadership with new business initiatives.
• Aid in the development and execution of new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the creation and submission of RFPs, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Lead internal cross-functional teams and clients in strategic and tactical planning, design, and execution of pharmaceutical advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Manage key relationships for accounts exceeding 2 million dollars in business.
• Participate in client meetings and relay crucial insights and action items.
• Oversee client strategy and objectives in alignment with internal team and organizational requirements.
• Initiate projects and take on the role of internal project owner or project champion.
• Define project strategic goals and budgets, including briefs and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with clients, vendors, and/or key opinion leaders.
• Review deliverables to ensure they meet project objectives, quality standards, client expectations, and strategic alignment.
• Track and manage activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Ensure that content, messaging, and design are consistent with product strategy, communication objectives, and client expectations.
• Resolve conflicts, establish team priorities, clarify client/brand objectives, and define success metrics.
• Foster a positive work culture, encourage consensus-building, and enhance internal communication.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, expenses, and accruals effectively.
• Independently develop client SOWs or project initiation documents.
• Monitor budgets and hours, communicate financial details and scope adjustments, resolve financial issues with clients, and validate billing milestones with the Finance team.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in advertising and account/client services support within pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proven track record in managing in excess of 1 million dollars in fees per year.
• Specific industry and/or therapeutic expertise is essential.
• Significant experience in leading print, digital, and video advertising projects.
• Willingness to travel as client demands necessitate.
• Capability to attend and conduct presentations effectively.
• Readiness to commit to additional and/or nontraditional hours as required by client needs.
