Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create high-value new business opportunities

• Oversee an account base of Yell’s mid-spend clients

• Retain, nurture, and expand customers’ product spending through digital marketing solutions

• Manage a client portfolio with annual spending between £5,000 and £12,000

• Handle total account values of around £1 million annually

• Cultivate the customer base to retain and increase quarterly expenditures

• Self-generate and acquire new prospects

• Achieve sales growth through Yell’s digital solutions, including agency offerings

• Identify and secure new digital opportunities by crafting advertising programs

• Meet growth targets for high-value new business

• Market Yell’s digital product range and suggest appropriate commercial models

• Establish enduring account relationships

• Foster relationships with DADs, KADs, customer service, and the Yell agency

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the South Wales/Bristol area

• Valid UK driving license required, with a maximum of 6 points

• Access to a vehicle

• Proven experience in selling high-value digital solutions

• Strong track record of successful digital sales performance

• Deep understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology

• Ability to adjust to competitors and shifts in the digital landscape

• Capacity to convey complex digital information clearly and succinctly

• Skilled in adapting quickly to changing priorities, targets, and strategies
