Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a client portfolio with an annual spend between £5,000 and £12,000

• Manage total account values approximating £1 million each year

• Retain, cultivate, and expand the customer base on a quarterly basis

• Independently identify and secure new high-value prospects

• Drive sales growth for Yell’s digital solutions, including agency offerings

• Create advertising programs that align with client needs and meet Yell agency minimum spend requirements

• Identify and acquire new digital opportunities in the marketplace

• Promote Yell’s digital product range and suggest commercial models that optimize revenue while fulfilling customer needs

• Establish enduring relationships with account holders

• Foster connections with broader business stakeholders, including DADs, KADs, customer service, and the Yell agency

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the South Wales/Bristol area

• Full UK driving licence is essential, with no more than 6 points

• Access to a vehicle

• Proven experience in selling high-value digital solutions

• Demonstrated success in digital sales performance

• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and associated technology

• Ability to adjust to competitors and shifts in the digital market

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convey complex digital information clearly and concisely

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support functions

• Capacity to quickly adapt to changing priorities, targets, and strategies
