This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while managing the complete sales cycle, including renewals across Remote's diverse product offerings.
• Offer guidance and support to the broader team on multi-product deals, stakeholder mapping, and MEDPICC-based qualification processes.
• Identify and advance opportunities for expansion, upselling, and cross-selling throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Proactively engage multiple stakeholders within accounts by establishing relationships with economic buyers, champions, and influencers.
• Present Remote's comprehensive suite of EOR, Payroll, COR, and additional services to current customers.
• Manage customer relationships from the point of opportunity identification through to closing the business and ensuring a successful handover.
• Develop multi-product solutions tailored for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Create initiatives aimed at customer retention and participate in strategic events.
• Utilize a solutions-first approach to address both internal and external challenges.
• Collaborate with teams in Legal, Onboarding, Product, and Customer Success.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Sales - Account Management.
• Proven success in growing existing accounts, managing renewals, and driving expansion bookings, along with cross-selling or upselling across various product lines.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with economic buyers, budget holders, and technical/functional stakeholders.
• Background in selling to and establishing trust with VP/C-level executives, as well as Legal, Finance, and HR/People stakeholders.
• Familiarity with, or a strong ability to quickly learn, a structured sales methodology such as MEDPICC.
• Strong discipline in sales processes, including pipeline development, forecasting, and accurate reporting.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strategic deal-making skills.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a distributed, asynchronous, multi-timezone environment.
• Curiosity and capacity to learn about new products, markets, and use cases.
• Comprehensive understanding of Remote's services and its position within the industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Business fluency in English.
• Experience in selling to HR, People, or Total Rewards stakeholders is an advantage.
• Background in navigating complex and non-standard contracting models, such as Employer of Record, is preferred.
