This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Identify and establish effective sales channels for designated products and applications.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Craft and execute territory-specific sales plans aimed at acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics for the territory and modify strategies to maximize sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to customer inquiries.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular site visits and outreach initiatives to industrial contractors and facility managers.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships while providing outstanding service and support.
• Design and implement innovative distribution programs in collaboration with internal teams.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing programs and suggest improvements.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide updates and reports to the sales and marketing management teams.
• Act as a liaison between customers and Graco to enhance new product launches and drive sales.
• Train sales personnel and channel partners on new product offerings.
• Establish partnerships and agreements with material suppliers.
• Manage training and demonstration equipment accounts according to corporate standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of sales experience, preferably in mechanical product sales through distribution channels.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to convey complex technical information clearly to varied audiences.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse end-user needs and evolving market conditions.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing distribution channels.
• Skill in building impactful partnerships and supporting channel partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain insurability with Graco’s designated Fleet Insurer.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
