Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the daily operations of the delivery team and the client.

• Foster robust relationships with key stakeholders and other teams within the client organization.

• Ensure that campaign schedules and processes are well-defined and consistently followed.

• Conduct internal and external client meetings while managing daily communications with key contacts.

• Guarantee the timely delivery and high quality of client outputs.

• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance existing processes.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.

• Distribute information to the relevant parties for effective execution.

• Recognize and address potential delivery risks.

• Handle multiple email campaigns concurrently using Braze.

• Implement clients' marketing strategies and support initiatives to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• 6+ years of relevant agency experience, particularly in digital marketing or marketing operations.

• Proficient in using Braze.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at once.

• Experience in client-facing roles and delivering client presentations.

• Familiarity with contracts and managing a Statement of Work (SOW), along with the creation and management of project scope.

• Capacity to utilize business insights to discover new business and marketing opportunities.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.

• Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
