Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for the daily delivery team and clients.

• Cultivate robust relationships with essential client stakeholders and other departments.

• Ensure that campaign timelines and processes are clearly communicated and followed.

• Lead both internal and external client meetings.

• Oversee daily communication with important internal and external contacts.

• Guarantee the timeliness and quality of client deliverables.

• Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes.

• Provide leadership, direction, and operational efficiencies to the delivery team.

• Share information with relevant parties for execution.

• Recognize and mitigate potential delivery risks.

• Manage multiple email campaigns concurrently using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.

• Implement clients' marketing strategies and coordinate efforts between clients and Merkle stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• At least 6 years of relevant agency experience, particularly in digital marketing or marketing operations.

• Proficiency with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Experience in client-facing roles and delivering client presentations.

• Knowledge of contracts and the management of a Statement of Work (SOW), including scope creation and management.

• Ability to apply business acumen to recognize new business and marketing opportunities.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships.

• Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
