This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist senior team members with managing account teams, delivering projects, and handling financial aspects.
• Take charge of projects to ensure they align with client briefs and objectives.
• Enhance understanding of client accounts, therapeutic areas, and operational processes.
• Evaluate scientific and client service content along with internal drafts.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with clients.
• Lead client status meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
• Address client inquiries and escalate concerns with recommended solutions.
• Coordinate project activities and assign tasks within the team.
• Supervise project delivery while providing strategic direction.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings when suitable.
• Manage project activities, timelines, status reports, and budgets from initiation to completion.
• Assign and oversee the activities of junior colleagues, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior team members using a coaching method.
• Collaborate with Scientific, Creative, Editorial, Finance, and other BOLD teams.
• Develop and monitor project and account budgets.
• Clarify budget variances and lead discussions with clients regarding overages or underspend.
• Ensure financial records are accurate in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Communicate with third-party suppliers.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and revenue forecasts.
• Ensure timely completion of team timesheets.
• Support new business proposals and participate in face-to-face pitch presentations when necessary.
• Generate ideas and proposals for new projects.
• Extensive experience in the Medical Communications field.
• Background in various therapeutic areas and project/client deliverables in a client-facing capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional project and financial management competencies.
• Proficiency in developing budgets and financial documentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to communicate effectively with clients, third-party suppliers, senior leaders, and broader business units.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology, or medicine.
