
Senior Account Executive β SLED Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a portfolio of SLED accounts while driving the creation, expansion, and bookings of the pipeline.
β’ Oversee complete sales cycles from initial discovery to closing the deal.
β’ Facilitate RFPs, RFIs, task orders, and contract renewals.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic account plans that align with funding cycles and procurement schedules.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with program owners, technical and architecture leaders, procurement and contracting officers, and executive leadership.
β’ Connect customer mission outcomes to platform capabilities and value realization.
β’ Develop and sustain a qualified pipeline in line with quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
β’ Deliver precise CRM forecasting and deal analysis, incorporating customer timing and risk factors.
β’ Ensure adherence to SLED procurement regulations, internal approval processes, and pricing guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with systems integrators, resellers, and channel partners on deal strategies and customer outreach.
β’ Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations.
β’ Meet quarterly and annual SLED bookings goals.
β’ Drive expansion within existing agencies and explore new mission areas.
β’ Cultivate strong, lasting executive-level customer relationships.
β’ Proven track record in selling enterprise B2B software or technology solutions to SLED clients.
β’ Demonstrated success in closing six- and seven-figure deals in SLED environments.
β’ Strong comprehension of SLED procurement procedures, including contract vehicles and funding cycles.
β’ Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
β’ Preferred experience in selling data platforms, infrastructure software, or mission-critical systems.
β’ Ability to influence stakeholders from outside the organization and lead complex internal deal teams.
β’ Must reside within the West territory designated for this role.
β’ Capability to work from a home office located in the United States.
β’ Familiarity with public-sector procurement, compliance, and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
β’ Experience working effectively within long and highly structured sales cycles.
