Senior Account Executive – Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media prospecting.

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Create and implement strategic plans for your territory to achieve revenue goals.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and develop promotional materials.

• Gather and relay client feedback to guide product improvements.

• Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

• Oversee the comprehensive sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate sales forecasts.

• Represent ABC Fitness at industry events.

• Complete quarterly business plans and submit expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in managing mid-level accounts or relevant experience within the fitness industry.

• Demonstrated exceptional performance, consistently ranking in the top 25%.

• Strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales, particularly in outbound lead generation.

• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven track record in managing complex sales processes.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Nooks, or similar sales tools.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic remote work setting.

• Preference for candidates with knowledge of the North American health and fitness sector.
