Senior Account Executive – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Attain sales goals throughout New England by executing strategic territory planning.

• Analyze prescribing and market data to inform territory strategy and discover growth prospects.

• Interact with oncology offices through high-quality educational engagements that promote outstanding patient care.

• Fulfill productivity benchmarks for customer engagement, reach, and frequency.

• Oversee account planning, sales strategy formulation, and call documentation within Salesforce.

• Accurately complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

• Participate in internal and industry events to enhance relationships and represent Accredo.

• Travel overnight as necessary, approximately 5–10 nights each month.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with oncology practices and enhance access to specialty pharmacy services.

• Provide significant education and foster a patient-centered impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the New England region.

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related sales.

• Proven success in selling service-oriented solutions and building strategic customer alliances.

• Strong grasp of managed care, payer environments, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement processes.

• Experience in developing and implementing territory business plans while meeting sales targets.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

• Capable of working independently in a field-based position and traveling throughout the designated territory.

• Background in selling specialty pharmacy or biologic therapies is preferred.

• Established connections within the New England healthcare market are preferred.

• If working from home occasionally or permanently, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is essential.
