This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete sales process involving community-based organizations, health systems, federally qualified health centers, and government-funded community health initiatives.
• Develop and oversee the sales pipeline.
• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate target accounts based on buyer readiness, market trends, policy modifications, funding opportunities, and organizational requirements.
• Generate part of your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, relationship building, industry events, and market-oriented account development.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to understand buyer priorities, workflows, decision-making criteria, and urgency.
• Provide customized product demonstrations that align Pear Suite with buyers’ operational, financial, and care-delivery objectives.
• Assess opportunities and create momentum throughout intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Manage solution scoping, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding product, technical, security, procurement, and contracting necessities.
• Transition finalized accounts to implementation and customer success teams.
• Relay customer insights, market intelligence, and product deficiencies to company leadership.
• Assist in enhancing territory strategies, outbound playbooks, messaging, and sales materials.
• Represent Pear Suite at industry gatherings.
• Contribute to team growth through deal evaluations and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships to shape go-to-market strategies, territorial approaches, and the sales playbook.
• Over 6 years of sales experience with a quota in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, outreach, deal preparation, and writing.
• Experience in selling to community-based organizations, health systems, health plans, FQHCs, public health agencies, government-funded programs, or tribal health organizations.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with healthcare policies and the overall landscape.
• Background in selling workflow software, case management platforms, or related operational systems.
• Genuine passion for community health and health equity.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
• Results-oriented while prioritizing a community-first approach.
