This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel business expansion by selling Canvas to new clients across the West/Central US region.
• Provide valuable insights to assist potential clients in evaluating solutions and selecting the most suitable options.
• Craft and customize messaging and presentations for prospective clients.
• Guide prospects through the purchasing journey, ensuring successful and timely closures.
• Precisely project quarterly and annual sales performance.
• Formulate targeted sales strategies to cultivate and maintain a strong client pipeline.
• Navigate higher education institutions and establish relationships with key decision-makers and buyers.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales quotas within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Executives and clients in the field to obtain referrals and enhance market presence.
• Record detailed, accurate account information in Salesforce CRM promptly.
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the SaaS or EdTech sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape.
• Experience in selling complex enterprise-level software, SaaS solutions, and services.
• Familiarity with selling at all organizational levels, including C-suite and executive leadership.
• Exceptional strategic and consultative sales capabilities.
• Ability to perform comprehensive needs analyses and create tailored proposals.
• Knowledge of educational pedagogy and the LMS sales process is advantageous.
• Established relationships within higher education institutions in the West/Central US are a plus.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
