This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Cultivate and sustain collaborations with surgeons and operating room teams.
• Promote the use of Restrata®, our premier synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, along with associated product lines through case coverage, compliant demonstrations, education, clinical support, procedural advice, and hands-on assistance during operations.
• Oversee and enhance sales of designated products within a specified geographic area.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Create and implement territory business strategies, including clinical education, customer interaction, and prioritization of accounts.
• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care sites.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• A current and valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) evaluation and maintain ongoing eligibility, including adherence to Solventum’s driver policy, insurance prerequisites, and annual policy compliance.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.
• At least 3 years of medical device sales experience engaging physicians and/or surgeons within hospital systems, with direct involvement in supporting surgical cases in the operating room.
• Capability to manage time and priorities independently while swiftly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities to evaluate information, identify priorities, and execute tasks with precision.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical personnel in a sales or clinical context.
• Proficient in negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Concur.
• Certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications may be required to access healthcare or third-party facilities.
