This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee and enhance the sales of designated products within a specified geographic area.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Formulate and implement business plans for the territory.
• Offer clinical education and engage with customers.
• Prioritize accounts throughout the territory.
• Foster and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across various hospital departments and care settings.
• Conduct compliant product demonstrations, provide in-servicing, and offer clinical support.
• Guarantee precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or sales within the medical field.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or sales within the medical field.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment motor vehicle record (MVR) assessment.
• Maintain continuous eligibility in accordance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the employment country without sponsorship for a work visa.
• May need to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Proven ability to independently manage time and priorities while swiftly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated history of establishing and nurturing relationships with physicians and surgical personnel in a sales or clinical environment.
• Proficient negotiation, selling, and presentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
