This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee and enhance sales of designated Acera products within a specified geographic area.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Formulate and implement territory business plans, encompassing clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across various hospital departments and care sites.
• Provide compliant product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical assistance.
• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory oversight.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Support Solventum’s Acera product range and evidence-based wound care solutions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales; OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review is mandatory.
• Must maintain ongoing eligibility as per Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status is required.
• May need to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities autonomously while adapting swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated history of building and sustaining relationships with physicians and surgical staff in a sales or clinical environment.
• Effective negotiation, sales, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
