Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance sales of designated products within a specified geographic area.

• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Create and implement territory business plans that encompass clinical education, customer engagement, and strategies for account prioritization.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care sites.

• Provide compliant product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical assistance.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and management of inventory.

• Support the Acera product range and clinically validated wound care solutions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.

• Utilize a personal vehicle for business purposes and travel up to 90% within the sales territory.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and over 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales; OR a High School Diploma/GED with over 9 years of experience in the same fields.

• Must possess a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) evaluation.

• Maintain ongoing eligibility according to Solventum’s driver policy, insurance specifications, and annual policy acknowledgment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa.

• May need to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.

• Ability to independently manage time and priorities while swiftly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with physicians and surgical teams in a sales or clinical environment.

• Proficient in negotiation, selling, and presentation techniques.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
