This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the management of publications and medical affairs projects from the initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, milestones, and quality standards.
• Establish robust relationships with clients while gaining a deep understanding of their products, priorities, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Scientific Services and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Handle project financials, including estimates, tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, and achieving account financial objectives.
• Track project advancements, identify potential risks, and collaborate with senior team members to address challenges effectively.
• Provide informal mentorship and support to junior Client Services team members.
• Gain insights into the client’s business and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing support within current accounts.
• Assist a prominent account in the realm of scientific publications and medical affairs.
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to progress programs from briefing to delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a background in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or account management, preferably within medical communications or the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven experience in supporting scientific publications and/or Medical Affairs programs.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Experience in project financial management, encompassing estimates, tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Skill in fostering positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Veeva and/or iEnvision is preferred.
