This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +28 more states.
• Accelerate revenue growth by engaging new Casepoint clients within the Department of Defense and Intelligence sectors.
• Identify and assess potential sales opportunities.
• Navigate complex sales and procurement processes.
• Showcase the benefits of Casepoint’s legal and compliance technology.
• Successfully close deals and meet individual sales objectives.
• Formulate and implement capture strategies for significant strategic opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and cultivate opportunities through outbound emails, calls, inbound lead follow-ups, and networking.
• Lead and assist in proposals and RFIs as the Capture Manager.
• Prepare executive summaries, proposal messaging, and various sections of proposals.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers and team members to produce compliant and persuasive responses.
• Create and sustain a sales pipeline consisting of high-value, recurring-revenue, multi-year contracts.
• Foster relationships with prospective clients to secure contracts and referrals.
• Partner with marketing on sales-qualified leads and provide feedback for demand generation.
• Interact with Account Management, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Services.
• Assist sales colleagues in achieving their targets.
• Assess suspects, prospects, and opportunities in line with Casepoint’s sales methodology.
• Maintain sales prospect data within Casepoint’s CRM system.
• Oversee the sales process from initial outreach to closing, including all related activities, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve objectives and standards.
• Stay informed about Casepoint technology, innovations, and advancements in legal technology.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
• At least 7+ years of proven sales success in the legal technology industry.
• Experience in selling to the Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven capability to initiate and establish rapport with prospective clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-up skills.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Profound interest and experience in legal technology sales within the U.S. Government sector.
• Committed team player willing to collaborate with others to achieve broader objectives.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies with the right training and guidance.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain contacts and schedules seamlessly.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
• Must reside in one of the designated eligible states.
• Eligibility for remote work.
