This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns promoting pharmaceutical products for clients.
• Exhibit an understanding of agency operations while aiding in resolving issues.
• Assist Account Supervisors, Group Account Supervisors, and/or Account Directors in managing daily client activities.
• Prepare work orders, change orders, project briefs, status updates, and conference summaries.
• Review timelines for projects in coordination with Project Management.
• Maintain communication with designated client representatives.
• Aid in tracking budgets and managing client invoicing.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure project progression.
• Grasp the clients’ business models and goals.
• Regularly act as the primary agency contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist with billing and updates on communications, including status updates, invoices, and financial tracking tools.
• Foster relationships with project managers, copywriters, and art directors.
• Participate in market research, document findings, and share trends and insights with the team.
• 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Proven knowledge of advertising agency processes and workflow.
• Experience within a pharmaceutical agency is mandatory.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage directly and frequently with clients with a degree of independence.
• Robust digital proficiency.
• BA/BS degree with a focus on marketing, communications, and/or advertising.
• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management within an advertising agency, preferably in pharma.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
