Senior Account Executive – Advanced Pulmonary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution for the territory to meet objectives related to referrals, patient admissions, and overall growth.

• Act as the primary sales representative for physicians, hospital clinics, infusion centers, and referral sources.

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, office personnel, and stakeholders in pulmonary specialties.

• Work collaboratively with clinical, reimbursement, operational, and manufacturing partners to enhance patient access.

• Assist in the implementation of payer agreements and collaborate with National Account Managers to explore market opportunities.

• Create business plans, forecasts, and referral strategies for the territory using market intelligence and insights from accounts.

• Track referral activities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to uncover opportunities for growth and retention.

• Represent Accredo at conferences, educational programs, advocacy events, and industry meetings.

• Collaborate compliantly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to provide provider education and ensure referral process excellence.

• Engage in launch planning, case conferences, and sales meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 8 years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales experience.

• Proven success in selling service-based solutions and developing strategic relationships with customers.

• Strong knowledge of managed care, payer environments, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement procedures.

• Experience in developing and executing territory business plans and meeting sales targets.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-powered productivity tools.

• Capacity to work independently in a field-based position and travel within the assigned territory.

• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds for remote work.

• Preferred experience includes pulmonary disease-state knowledge, specialty pharmacy/infusion/complex care experience, clinical background, and established regional connections.
