This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee and guide Cisive's most significant and intricate strategic enterprise accounts.
• Act as the executive-level point of contact and a trusted advisor for key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align with client goals and support Cisive's growth strategies.
• Cultivate long-lasting partnerships through proactive engagement, executive business reviews, and consultative advice.
• Identify, develop, and secure upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership from Sales, Product, Operations, Compliance, IT, and Client Services to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide leadership and support to Account Directors, Account Managers, and Client Services teams.
• Manage strategic initiatives, product implementations, integrations, and process enhancements.
• Utilize documentation and Salesforce Queue Policy processes to convey specification changes, client requirements, enhancements, and technology initiatives.
• Track strategic IT projects, product enhancements, integrations, and implementations using Salesforce and other project management tools.
• Establish executive governance frameworks, strategic business reviews, performance evaluations, and roadmap discussions.
• Conduct annual account reviews that assess audits, efficiencies, growth opportunities, SLA compliance, risk analysis, and recommendations.
• Prepare and present EBRs, QBRs, and strategic presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Analyze account metrics, trends, and outcomes to uncover optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain precise client documentation, specifications, workflows, contracts, fee schedules, and account records.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual commitments, and performance expectations.
• Lead critical issue resolution and serve as the senior escalation point.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales leadership on negotiations, renewals, pricing, and commercial discussions.
• Create remediation and action plans when expectations are not met.
• Provide reporting, business analysis, and account updates to internal leadership.
• Assist in strategic initiatives, acquisitions, product launches, and organizational growth efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic account management, enterprise client management, customer success, consulting, or other client-facing leadership roles.
• Experience in healthcare, background screening, workforce solutions, HR technology, or regulated services industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise and strategic client relationships with substantial annual revenue responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing decision-making at senior organizational levels.
• Extensive experience in leading complex business initiatives, implementations, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, business development, and relationship management.
• Exceptional skills in executive presentation, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and business acumen.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Salesforce, reporting tools, and project management platforms.
• Preferred experience managing healthcare systems, hospitals, payers, life sciences, or other highly regulated enterprise accounts.
• Preferred experience in mentoring or providing leadership to account management teams.
• Preferred experience in conducting executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Preferred knowledge of background screening, workforce compliance, credentialing, verifications, or risk management solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and consistently exchange accurate information.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 10 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as business needs arise.
• Periodic travel to client locations, conferences, and company meetings.
