📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts within the extended Merkle Digital Messaging team to implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.

• Deliver high-quality campaign execution services to clients.

• Lead the development of email and production execution, ensuring campaigns are timely and accurate.

• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.

• Monitor open jobs and enhance account management initiatives.

• Regularly update daily campaigns, follow up, and maintain organized account documentation.

• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple digital campaigns at once.

• Assist in activities that promote the execution of clients’ marketing strategies.

• Produce meticulous work in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Enhance skills in email platforms, project management tools, and other relevant execution platforms.

• Oversee campaigns and analyze post-launch campaign metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services/account management within an advertising agency, marketing firm, or client-side marketing department.

• Familiarity with both online and offline creative development and production processes.

• Understanding of digital/multichannel/integrated marketing strategies.

• Experience with email deployment platforms.

• Proven relationship/client management skills.

• Capacity to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
