Semi Senior Robotics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create efficient and impactful robotic software solutions utilizing diverse technology stacks, algorithms, and open-source software.

• Collaborate with international teams to develop cutting-edge technologies for the robotics sector.

• Contribute to initiatives in mobile robot navigation, indoor and outdoor localization, fleet management, mission planning and control, high-performance software testing, manipulators, computer vision, and simulation.

• Participate in designing and addressing complex challenges for clients, R&D, and internal technology interest groups.

• Share your enthusiasm for technology and professionalism with colleagues.

• Engage in self-training and assist fellow colleagues within the internal tech dojo.

• Contribute high-quality code to open-source projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in the European Union.

• Authorized to work in Europe without the need for sponsorship and possess a valid work permit.

• A minimum of 2 years of robust experience with ROS or ROS 2.

• At least 2 years of strong coding experience in modern C++ (version 17 and later) and Python 3.

• Experience with Docker.

• Degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related field.

• Familiarity with VSLAM and AI-driven computer vision.

• Capability to independently handle mid-sized software development tasks.

• Ability to engage in discussions regarding technical implementations and propose solutions.

• Proficient in English and comfortable participating in technical discussions and presentations.
