SEM Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate campaign strategies, oversee launches, manage accounts, and derive insights for designated accounts.

• Handle a portfolio of over 15 small to medium accounts while ensuring overall client satisfaction.

• Conduct account health assessments twice a week and implement regular optimizations.

• Execute proactive audits for each account.

• Assist key accounts with optimizations, budget management, ad hoc reporting, and data extraction.

• Maintain consistent communication with Customer Success Managers to address inquiries, requests, and concerns.

• Oversee the launch of new small to medium-sized accounts.

• Attend and contribute to client calls as an additional strategic resource.

• Engage in client meetings to present results and advocate for proposed strategies.

• Manage communications with clients and internally to achieve goals focused on ROAS and revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media for e-commerce.

• A thorough understanding of advertising principles and strategies for managing campaigns.

• A demonstrated history of enhancing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for e-commerce clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Google AdWords or Google Analytics certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Ads Editor is advantageous.

• Experience in client interactions related to paid search strategy and performance is preferred.

• Proven ability to utilize data to create narratives and inform decision-making is a plus.

• Experience in crafting reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials is desirable.

• Background in a fast-paced startup environment is beneficial.

• Experience in e-commerce or product-centric advertising is an asset.
