Self Employed Estate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Support clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential properties

• Perform market analysis to assess property values and competitive pricing

• Develop listings and promote properties available for sale or lease

• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or renters

• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients

• Organize property evaluations

• Offer guidance and assistance throughout the complete transaction process

• Keep abreast of current trends and developments in the real estate market

• Demonstrated success in sales or customer service roles

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Capacity to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

• No previous experience in estate agency required

• Enthusiasm for real estate and a desire to help clients reach their objectives
