This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead technical pre-sales initiatives from the identification of opportunities to securing bookings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive business objectives and achieve revenue goals.
• Establish credibility and build rapport with client technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor in cybersecurity.
• Identify, qualify, and finalize new opportunities in cybersecurity solutions.
• Recognize client business challenges and design, communicate, and advocate for cybersecurity solutions.
• Integrate emerging technologies with current cybersecurity tools and services.
• Present technical information and conduct cybersecurity solution demonstrations for clients and partners.
• Foster and sustain relationships with technical personnel across client organizations.
• Cultivate strategic business connections within assigned client agencies.
• Utilize partner alliance relationships to enhance opportunity identification.
• Discover chances to leverage existing client products and tools.
• Create white papers and knowledge base articles.
• Provide thought leadership regarding security requirements, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise cybersecurity with a broad knowledge of tools and technology domains.
• Proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions to clients.
• Direct professional experience managing pipeline and bookings in alignment with sales targets.
• Strong familiarity with enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions and their integration into client environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Comprehensive understanding of product licensing intricacies.
• Adaptable, reliable, self-motivated individual with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in business language.
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in market research for developing potential solution offerings.
• Preferred: extensive knowledge of vulnerability management, threat detection, identity and access management, infrastructure, and cloud services platforms.
• Preferred: certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP/CCSP, CISA, or ISACA.
