This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the Security revenue metrics related to data isolation, threat detection, DSPM, and identity resilience within the designated territory.
• Drive, manage, and finalize Security revenue initiatives.
• Establish long-term, comprehensive accounts by introducing the appropriate initial product and expanding throughout the portfolio.
• Act as the security expert in discussions with CISOs, VPs of Security, or Heads of Cyber Resilience.
• Create and nurture a pipeline through outbound initiatives, marketing efforts, SDRs, and relationships with existing account teams.
• Develop high-quality executive presentations and risk narratives.
• Collaborate with the security partner ecosystem to identify joint pipeline and co-selling opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and provide precise updates during cadence calls and pipeline reviews.
• Partner with a Specialist SA responsible for the technical win and the core Account Executive managing the primary relationship.
• Engage in regular travel for customer meetings and occasional visits to the Santa Clara headquarters and company events.
• Performance will be evaluated based on Security revenue quota achievement, account growth, pipeline generation and conversion, win rates, services/multi-phase attachment, partner co-sell outcomes, field collaboration, and CRM/forecast precision.
• A minimum of 8 years in quota-carrying technology sales roles.
• 2 to 3 years of experience selling cybersecurity, cyber resilience, or data security solutions to CISO/VP of Security audiences.
• Experience in infrastructure or data protection sales.
• Proven track record of generating your own pipeline within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
• Proficient understanding of ransomware recovery, immutability, identity recovery, DSPM, and threat detection.
• Capability to craft executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Comfort working within a co-sell/specialist framework.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and forecasting practices.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and aid decision-making processes.
• Proficient in professional English for both customer and internal communications.
• Business-level English proficiency is required for all positions.
• Language skills relevant to the assigned territory (e.g., French, German, Mandarin, or Bahasa) are advantageous.
• Existing connections with CISOs or security buyers, or prior competitive selling experience, will be considered an advantage.
• Regular travel for customer meetings and occasional trips to Santa Clara headquarters and company events.
• Employees living within a reasonable commute to core offices can choose to work in the office 2 to 3 days a week.
