Security Innovation & Integrations Analyst – Level 2 or 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the functional roadmap for enterprise security integrations in alignment with business, mission, and compliance objectives.

• Act as the primary contact for sector and enterprise security stakeholders concerning Enterprise Security capabilities, challenges, and enhancements.

• Collaborate with Industrial Security and Cybersecurity to ensure that ESSS processes and configurations meet regulatory and customer demands.

• Manage and refine the backlog of enhancements, integrations, and defect resolution in conjunction with the development team.

• Oversee data integrity and compliance; identify and implement corrective actions for discrepancies and systemic issues.

• Handle the intake process for system enhancements, including review, scoping, and prioritization.

• Organize and prioritize team activities, including ticket triage, configuration modifications, and improvement projects.

• Assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of ESIS/SIMS upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.

• Deliver metrics and reports on ESIS usage, performance, backlog, and issue trends to leadership.

• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security Shared Services to resolve complex challenges and facilitate cross-functional changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience for Level 2.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience for Level 3.

• A current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance is required at a minimum.

• Experience in supporting or utilizing enterprise security information systems such as ESIS, SIMS, JPAS/DISS, NBIS, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in leading teams, projects, or workstreams.

• Strong knowledge of industrial security fundamentals and associated regulations, including 32 CFR Part 117/NISPOM and DCSA requirements.

• Capability to interpret requirements, convert them into system/process modifications, and drive implementation.

• Excellent communication skills with security professionals, IT, and business leadership.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Preferred: current Top Secret / TS/SCI clearance.

• Preferred: direct ESIS and SIMS experience as an administrator, power user, or support lead.

• Preferred: experience in leading a small technical or operational team in security or IT.

• Preferred: experience in developing and delivering training for security systems or tools.

• Preferred: familiarity with Northrop Grumman enterprise security organizations, processes, and toolsets.

• Preferred: experience with data quality initiatives, metrics development, and dashboard/report creation.

• Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred: capability to conceptually interpret common programming and query languages.

• Preferred: ability to read code snippets or scripts.

• Preferred: ability to engage with software developers, database administrators, and technical personnel.

• Preferred: skill in translating technical explanations for non-technical stakeholders and management.

• No hands-on programming is required; however, the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams is desirable.
