Security Incident Responder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in crucial network and attack-related events for clients.

• Take ownership of the central alerting system to detect and mitigate attacks.

• Implement mitigation strategies to avert vector attacks.

• Conduct advanced packet analysis to pinpoint attacks and network threats.

• Oversee and document technical issues, responses, and requests.

• Offer customer support to address and resolve network and connectivity challenges.

• Interact with customers regarding challenges, mitigation analysis, updates, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

• Understanding of internet functionality, including DNS, HTTP, and IP protocol suites.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to update internal documentation.

• Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new tools and technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
