Security Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive managed services along with proactive and reactive support for a global clientele.

• Act as the primary customer liaison and a vital participant in integrated account teams focused on achieving customer success.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to comprehend customer use cases and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.

• Engage in internal initiatives that promote best practices and enhance the quality of methodology and solution delivery.

• Collaborate with the business to assess and ensure effective integration, top-notch service, and customer engagement.

• Recognize opportunities for service improvements and potential issues to continually enhance customer service delivery.

• Interact with internal and external customers and partners to convey information and deliverables.

• Integrate and sustain Akamai's security, media, and performance solutions.

• Acquire and apply innovative solutions to assist customers in maximizing the benefits of Akamai products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience in customer-facing roles within the information technology sector.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (Spanish is not mandatory).

• Familiarity with network technologies, web security, or media-related technologies, methodologies, and/or architectures.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and TLS/SSL protocols.

• Experience in delivering technical projects and managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or GSEC obtained or a willingness to pursue them.
