Security Awareness, Behavior, Culture Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards to evaluate program data and assess the effectiveness of the ABC program.

• Conduct research and create content for the SECURED newsletter, guidance pages, and various written communications.

• Simplify complex and technical information into clear and understandable language.

• Oversee the complete production process of tailored microlearning materials and phishing simulations.

• Collaborate with university leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Assist in creating training curriculum and phishing testing strategies using visual design and editing software.

• Set up and manage content within LMS platforms including KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas.

• Provide customer support by evaluating and fulfilling customer needs.

• Lead teams and oversee initiatives.

• Organize and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of the minimum educational requirement.

• 4 years of relevant experience.

• SANS Security Awareness Professional Certification or an equivalent credential.

• Capability to utilize existing resources to address new challenges.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Proficient written communication skills.

• Interpersonal communication skills.

• Oral communication skills.

• Exceptional research and writing abilities; capable of rendering complex technical information into easily comprehensible terms (preferred).
