Secondary Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Overseeing tenders released by transmission system operators (TSOs) for secondary systems in extra-high-voltage substations.

• Managing the complete tender process for secondary systems, which includes protection, substation automation systems (SAS), and communications technology.

• Coordinating engineering teams, internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the bidding process.

• Preparing comprehensive bid documentation, encompassing scope of supply, bill of materials, and risk registers.

• Estimating engineering, testing, and commissioning costs in line with technical and commercial specifications.

• Acting as the primary liaison between TSOs, Sales, Procurement, and technical departments.

• Evaluating tender documents, recognizing risks, and identifying items that require further clarification.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Significant experience in tender management or bid management, preferably within secondary systems or energy infrastructure.

• Proficient in utilizing document management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence, or DOCUWARE.

• Capable of professional communication through MS Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems like Salesforce.

• Knowledgeable about VOB, ENTSO-E regulations, and TSO-specific tender prerequisites.

• Technical understanding of protection technology, substation automation, and communication systems.

• Fluent in both German and English.
