Seasonal Virtual Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care by autonomously addressing direct patient requirements, including message triage, counseling, and education for individuals in sexual health and metabolic health care.

• Carry out side effect management, efficacy counseling, and overall support for clinical practices.

• Facilitate care by triaging and escalating patient issues to Staff RNs, Practitioners, Customer Care, and Patient Advocates in accordance with Ro guidelines.

• Triage patient inquiries and adverse event reports, directing them to physicians, NPs, or medical leadership as necessary.

• Utilize the custom EMR system to respond to basic medical inquiries, educate patients on conditions and treatments, and provide guidance on lifestyle and holistic therapies.

• Comply with nursing-care best practices and specific company treatment policies.

• Analyze lab results using approved protocols to offer lifestyle coaching and weight management education.

• Act as a clinical resource for the non-clinical Care Team.

• Work autonomously while collaborating with RPM Providers.

• Report to an RN Lead throughout the duration of the contract.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

• Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License.

• Bonus points for possessing active, unencumbered Non-Compact Nursing Licenses (AK, CA, DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, OR).

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience as an RN.

• Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care environment.

• Availability to work on certain holidays.

• Strong clinical judgment; effectively applies clinical guidelines and escalates issues appropriately.

• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication with patients.

• Compliance with clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards.

• Ability to safely navigate both synchronous and asynchronous workflows while leveraging technology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Technologically proficient and capable of troubleshooting complex situations.
