Seasonal Tour Photographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Capture photographs of every dance utilizing the provided stationary Canon DSLR camera.

• Recognize exceptional performances for the Content Producer to evaluate and share with the Social Media Coordinator.

• Set up photography equipment.

• Arrange stage lighting.

• Document every dance performance.

• Capture special moments during events, such as award ceremonies and onstage celebrations.

• Adjust lighting cues for dances, intermissions, and award ceremonies.

• Provide the Content Producer with a list of notable entries for social media photography.

• Utilize fundamental shot composition, framing, and color balance to create visually engaging and well-balanced photographs.

• Dismantle photo and lighting equipment following events.

• Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the event director or their designee.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Capability to work long hours during events (8–16 hours).

• Ability to remain standing for extended durations.

• Capability to lift 30–50 lbs. (including event equipment, merchandise bins, and staging materials).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable in loud, dynamic, and fast-paced environments.

• Flexibility and adaptability in addressing changing event requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED (required).

• Candidates should be available to work on weekends.

• Willingness to travel from January to June.

• Previous experience in the event dance industry is preferred but not mandatory.
