This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Leader and Producers to manage new and existing accounts while meeting Agency sales objectives and service standards during the season (September to December).
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of API team procedures, encompassing EPIC (agency management system) and AHIP (quoting tool).
• Address client inquiries regarding information, cancellations, and additional services as needed.
• Assume full responsibility for renewing the current book of business and assist in generating quotes for new business.
• Utilize available carrier rating systems designated for Agency use.
• Gain expertise in the company's underwriting philosophies and appetites.
• Evaluate carrier-prepared policies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support in the compilation and preparation of data.
• Keep the Team Leader updated on service-related issues.
• Employ agency automation with a high degree of knowledge and proficiency.
• Adhere to procedures set forth by management.
• Be available for overtime, including weekends and holidays, during the season.
• Prior office experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. (Preferred)
