This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to grasp job requirements and expectations.
• Identify and recruit candidates through job advertisements, social media, and various other channels.
• Propose innovative talent-sourcing techniques.
• Evaluate, interview, and assess potential candidates.
• Create a shortlist of candidates and arrange interviews.
• Prepare and coach candidates ahead of their interviews.
• Review online profiles, resumes, and cover letters thoroughly.
• Conduct pre-screening and screening activities, including reference checks as necessary.
• Support the hiring process and coordinate onboarding efforts.
• Update recruitment documents and assist with scheduling New Hire Orientation (NHO).
• Recommend enhancements to Talent Acquisition procedures, such as interviews, assessments, background checks, and other recruitment steps.
• Remain informed about industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the recruited sector.
• Minimum of 1 year of comprehensive recruitment and candidate management experience.
• Experience in US market recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong phone communication skills, possessing a clear and professional tone in a quiet, distraction-free setting for phone interviews.
• Confidence in communicating and establishing rapport with candidates from various cultural backgrounds, including international hires.
• A sincere enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to assist candidates in finding suitable opportunities.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible, especially when recruitment priorities or schedules shift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Dropbox.
• Strong patience, persistence, and resilience when handling high-volume recruitment and candidate rejections.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Willingness to work day, mid, or graveyard shifts based on business needs.
• Availability for full-time work on a 3-month contract basis.
