
Seasonal Student Enrollment Coordinator – High School Study Abroad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert paper lead sheets into Salesforce CRM.
• Make 30–60 outreach calls daily and reach out to leads via phone, text, and email.
• Adhere to a systematic sales outreach process to transform inquiries into active applications.
• Monitor student preparedness for program departures and review health forms, passports, and pre-departure materials.
• Ensure that student health information is comprehensive and current.
• Articulate the benefits and outcomes of study abroad programs to students and their legal guardians.
• Inspire and guide participants and families through scholarship and application procedures.
• Assist families in overcoming challenges related to high school study abroad programs.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the application, acceptance, confirmation, and pre-departure stages.
• Support virtual webinars and presentations aimed at students and parents.
• Ensure that participant financial accounts are accurate and fully paid; follow up on any discrepancies and outstanding payments.
• Utilize Salesforce reports to manage the applicant pipeline and meet sales objectives.
• Keep precise records of customer communications in Salesforce.
• Participate in on-site school presentations and outreach events, which may involve occasional travel to locations such as NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Westchester, or Southern Connecticut.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Capability to handle challenging discussions effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust communication style to suit various audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Background check, reference verification, and education and employment confirmation required as a condition of employment.
• International travel or study abroad experience is advantageous.
• Experience engaging with diverse high school students is beneficial.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is a plus.
• Full-time hourly role offering up to 40 hours each week.
• Flexible scheduling on Fridays.
