Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with current clients to deliver expert assistance

• Spot opportunities to introduce additional products or services

• Provide professional and courteous service through phone, email, or web inquiries

• Address client requests and nurture relationships to support retention

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Work together with team members and leadership throughout the entire policy cycle

• Resolve escalated service, billing, and claims concerns

• Keep records and document interactions accurately in internal systems

• Remain updated on industry trends and suggest solutions tailored to client needs

• Offer support and mentorship to junior colleagues as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Typing speed of 30+ WPM

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Competent in PC operations and multitasking

• Action-oriented and comfortable in handling objections

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload

• Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)

• Modem must be updated within the past 12 months

• Quiet and distraction-free workspace

• Must be a resident of the United States

• Authorized to work in the United States
