📋 Description

• Manage incoming leads from form submissions and phone inquiries.

• Proactively reach out to current and past clients to encourage the use of services.

• Provide service quotes through phone calls, SMS, and email communications.

• Assist customers in navigating the online portal to schedule their moves.

• Promote additional services and upgrades to enhance customer experience.

• Encourage referrals from satisfied customers.

• Act as a consultative resource for clients needing assistance with student move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping options.

• Help customers understand and utilize Storage Scholars services effectively.

• Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage substantial workloads.

• Confident and engaging phone manner.

• High emotional intelligence to connect with team members and clients.

• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software tools.

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons (March–September).
