Seasonal Print Quality Resolution Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while resolving concerns with accuracy and empathy.

• Offer primary live telephone support and assist customers in real-time with order replacements.

• Diagnose root causes and prioritize requests to differentiate between internal errors and customer-initiated changes.

• Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to troubleshoot print issues and modify design files as necessary.

• Collaborate across departments to guide customers from general support to the Print Quality queue.

• Maintain detailed technical records in Salesforce to monitor recurring print and design challenges.

• Prepare and document replacement orders for the Processing Team to fulfill.

• Assist with general customer service responsibilities during peak seasonal periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for live interactions.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; familiarity with Lightroom is an advantage.

• Critical thinking skills to effectively address complex print and design challenges on the spot.

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite is required.

• Capable of thriving in a remote, team-focused environment and open to constructive feedback.

• Willingness to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.

• Demonstrated ability to efficiently resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Capacity to clearly communicate product limitations and issues to customers.

• Strong commitment to quality and accuracy in all tasks.
