Seasonal Photographer - Tour Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assemble photographic equipment

• Arrange stage lighting

• Capture images of every dance performance using a stationary Canon DSLR camera

• Document special occasions such as awards ceremonies and onstage celebrations

• Adjust lighting cues for dances, transitions between dances, and award ceremonies

• Recognize exceptional performances and provide the Content Producer with a list for social media photography

• Operate event lighting software throughout the competition

• Dismantle photo and lighting equipment after the event concludes

• Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the event director or their designee

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to endure long event hours (8–16 hours)

• Capability to stand for prolonged periods

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities

• Comfort in loud, dynamic, and fast-paced settings

• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing event requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (mandatory)

• Candidates must be available for weekend work

• Willingness to travel from January to June

• Previous experience in the event dance industry is preferred but not mandatory
